返送理由はドイツ国内での保管期限切れと書かれています。

ドイツへ無料でダイレクト返送できるか日本郵便に聞きましたが、それは不可能で再度送料がかかるそうです。

1.再度発送する。（前回と同額の送料が再度かかります）
2.購入をキャンセルする。（商品代金のみ返金）

The item we sent to you was returned today to our shop.
It says the reason of return is because storage term has passed.

We asked Japan Post whether we can directly return it to Germany at free of charge, but we were told that it is impossible and postage has to be paid again.
