目的：プロジェクトマネジメントの利点を人事部門のメンバーに分かりやすく伝えること(実施時期：2018年10月10日 9:30-11:30)
背景：開発部門から人事部門に「プロジェクトマネジメントの知識が業務に必要であり、そのためにはPMPの資格取得を若手社員には必須としたい」という依頼があったが、人事部門のメンバーがPMPを知らなかったためプレゼンテーションを実施した
資料はオリジナルに作成されたものであり、プロジェクトの歴史と知識体系を知る上で有効との評価を得ている

Purpose: Notify members of human resources section merit of project management where they can understand easily (Date of carrying out :October 10th 2018 9:30 to 11:30).
Background: Development section requested human resources section that they need knowledge of the project management for their work, and want to request young staff to obtain the qualification of PMP for it. But As members of the human resources did not know PMP, document used for presentation was made as original, and it was rated effective in knowing history of the project and knowledge system.
