Regarding importing procedure, I think the special documents would not be necessary excluding the normal invoice.
As same as the package before, Japan's freight company go through the necessary import procedure in case of air mail. and the customs will be withdrawn there.

However, for just in case, please confirm it on the delivery company of your country.
It may not be the item to be stopped by the customs, so I think it would not be problem.
