会社の口座ができたのが2017年4月からなので4月から2018年3月までのbank statement
となります。

2月3月のbank statementについては会社の口座を作成していませんでした。
なので存在しません。

私の知りたいことは
①決算に２、３ヶ月時間がかかるのなら12月４日ぐらいに税金の申告ができません。遅れた場合どうなるのですか？

②貴方のところで決算の手続きをするとしたら手続きを教えてください。
