Additional info: 先日、ＧＯＴＯＧＡＴＥ（旅行代理店）を経由して、ＡＩＲＡＳＩＡ（格安航空会社）の往復航空券を購入したのですが、往路(BM8V9P)をキャンセル、復路(QMTFYF)はそのまま使用で、キャンセル分を返金依頼をしているのですが、中々スムーズにいかない状況です。

I want the cancelation fee refunded to me so please tell me specifically how this can be done.

Thank you for your email.

We can understand your concern and this is to inform you that we can only process refund of the outbound flight only as there is no schedule change on you return flight.

The refund process takes 2-8 weeks depending on the airline's handling procedure. A possible paid credit card or bank payment fee will not be refunded.

Kindly confirm as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your outbound flight only. Nothing has been cancelled yet.
