〇〇社より受注したAですが、1つのPOで納期が3つに分かれています。
そこで、それぞれの納期毎にPOを3つに分けてもらうよう、交渉いただけないでしょうか？理由は下記の通りです。

①一番最初の機器の納入月から最終の納入月は8ヵ月も空いているため、弊社の資金回収の面で厳しい。
POには機器が全て納入されてからの支払いとなっています。

②1つのPOで納期が3つに分かれているので、どのようにBondを
発行したらよいか分かりません。
POを3つに分けて貰えれば、それぞれにBondを発行できます。

We are A who had your order from ◯◯ firm, and there are tree delivery dates for one PO. There, could you please ask to divide PO into 3 at every shipping? The reason are as follows.

① From the first delivery month of the equipment, there are 8 months difference to the last delivery date, it is hard for our firm financial collection.
In the PO, it says, payment is settled after all equipments are shipped.

② As there are three delivery dates for one PO, we are not clear how to issue Bond.
If you divide PO into 3, we can issue Bond to each of them.
