とりあえず商品Aを雑誌に掲載してみようかと思っています。
雑誌用に解像度の高い写真を提供していただけますでしょうか？

その他の商品も販売に向けて準備をすすめていますが、送料がネックになっています。
以前サンプルを送付いただいたときのように１台100ドル程度であれば助かるのですが。。
100ドルは難しいとしても、200ドルくらいにならないでしょうか？

It would be nice if it will be around be 100 dollars per item just as the samples you had sent before.
But if 100 dollars is not possible, will 200 dollars be fine then?
