これまで、日本の顧客に貴社の製品を販売してきました
顧客の声で多い意見は
・全然音が遮音されないという指摘が多数あります
これは、貴社の商品に欠陥があるのでありません。
SNRのレベルの問題です。
遮音されない耳栓を求めるお客さんの大半は
いびき対策です。
つまり、いつも一緒に寝ているパートナーのいびきがうるさい。
遮音性が高く、圧迫感の低い耳栓があればベストです。
そのためにはどうしたら良いと思いますか

In the past, we have sold your products to the Japanese customers.
Majority of their voices include:
- The noise is not insulated at all.
This is not due to the defect on your product.
It is an issue at the SNR level.
Majority of the customers who purchases ear plugs which does not insulate the sound for anti-snoring measure.
In other words, their partner they usually sleep with snores too loud.
It would be the best if there are ear plugs with high insulation performance and low pressure.
What do you think we could do for it?
