エレメントの洗浄は全ての高圧水洗浄作業を作業者が行っていました。
しかし、作業者が行うと次のような問題点がありました。

・作業者による品質のバラつき。
・ゴミが落ちにくい。
・作業時間がかかる。

これらの問題を解決するために、自動機の開発を行いました。

一番最初に手動の洗浄機を製作しました。
この試作機で、様々な洗浄の試験を行い、現在の洗浄条件を決定しました。

このように、エレメント１枚を手動でセットして、洗浄を行います。
試作機はノズルが2つだけになります。

For element cleaning all the high pressure washing has been done by the workers.
But there were following problems around that:

- Quality difference among the workers
- hard to get rid of dirt
- it takes longtime

to solve those problems we have developed an automatic washer.

First, we have developed a manually operated washing mascine.
Variety of test washing has been conducted with the prototypes, and the current washing requirements have been decided.

As you can see, you set an element manually , then washing will be conducted.
The prototypes have only two nozzles.
