You can download the CA California Resale Certificate and submit by FAX to 408 245 5904 or mail to 1010 Stewart Drive, Sunnyvale, CA 94085. Be sure to date it the date of your 1st order. Failure to submit will result in delays of shipping and/or sales tax charges, if taxes are charged they cannot be refunded.
We verify your Resale License at the following website: CA Resale Verification (Note: Our website will continue to reflect sales tax until you have submitted the documentation.)
