Time pressureがないときの方がストレスもないし、いいアイディアも浮かびやすいです。また時間に余裕があると物事を俯瞰することができ、結果効率的になると思います。
しかし、ネガティブな面もあります。time pressureがないと他の事に興味が行ってしまい、仕事をさぼりがちになったり、時間がかかったりします。

STRICT timeで仕事をすると、仕事に集中でき、早く仕事を終えることができます。しかし、疲れやすくなったり、ストレスがたまりやすいです。

I have less stress and come up with food ideas if there is no time pressure. With good enough time I can get an overview on things and work gets more efficient as the result.
However there is also a disadvantage to have much time: my interest get deviated into other things or I don't work or work slow, without time pressure.

With strict time I can concentrate on the work and finish it earlier. But it makes me often more tired and gives me stress.
