7. TRADEMARKS

PRODUCER reserves the right to, at their sole discretion, periodically review and monitor CUSTOMER’s use of their marks for proper trademark usage, quality of goods, and other criteria as may be required by law to preserve PRODUCER’s rights, good will, and value in its trademarks.

8. TERM, TERRITORY AND TERMINATION

Unless earlier terminated as hereinafter provided, this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect for a period of one (1) year from April 1, 2008 through March 31, 2013, after which extension will be possible subject to negotiation.

PRODUCERは、その独断の裁量により、適切な商標の使用と商品の品質そしてPRODUCERの権利や経営権そして商標の価値を保護するために必要であるならばその他の基準についてCUSTOMERの商標使用を定期的に検査する権利を有する。

8．規約、範囲そして満了
のちに規定されているように早期の満了がなされない限りは、この合意はすべての効力を保持し、2008年4月1日から2013年3月31日までの1年間の間効力を有する。その後、交渉次第で延長が可能である。
