Hello,
my order is till 25.06 in Costums in the airport of Frankfurt.
İ called them and they told me that i can not do anything, just wait. İ do not understand what happened with my order. İ am leaving next week in holidays and i would like to have the order before i am going. And if the order is not arriving anymore, İ would like to have my money back

電話で問い合わせたところ、何もこちらではできない、ただ待つようにという指示でした。私の注文した品物がどうなったかわかりません。来週休暇で留守にする予定で、出発前に受け取りたいです。もしも注文の品物が届かないのならば、支払ったお金を払い戻して頂きたいです。
