いつ頃仕様が確定するかを教えて下さい。

従いまして、品質に何ら問題は御座いません。

Aについてはご存知の通り、容器の清澄度が重要ですので、容器を開ける回数が増えるほど
品質には良くない影響を与えると考えます。

As it is not possible to consider the best price without finishing the technical clarification, please let us know when you finalize the specifications.

Since OO company is a joint venture, they conduct manufacturing/inspection applying same quality standard as Japan's plant. Therefore, there is no quality problem.

Regarding A, as you know, since degree of clarification of containers is important, we think it will give bad influence to quality as the number of opening the containers increase.
