2.2 The Manufacturer reserves the right to sell directly to any customer in the Territory without financial allowance to the Distributor.

Inquiries, Orders and Identification of Customers
8.1 All inquiries and orders received directly by the Manufacturer may be answered by the Manufacturer by direct communication with the customer.
8.2 In the event of direct inquiries and orders from customers, copies of such inquiries from and any answers to customers will be furnished to the Distributor at the Manufacturer's discretion if the Manufacturer records indicate that the Distributor has been or should be handling the account.

8.1　製造者が直接受け取った全ての問い合わせ及び注文は顧客との直接のコミュニケーションにより製造者が返答する。

8.2　顧客からの直接の問い合わせ及び注文の場合、製造者の記録にディストリビューターのアカウントの取り扱いが記載されているのであればこれらの問い合わせ及び顧客への返答のコピーが製造者の裁量によりディストリビューターへ提供される。
