お世話になります。

いつもログインする際のメールアドレスとパスワードを入力してもログインができない状況です。
下記文言のエラー表示が出ます。

「Lost your password?」をクリックして、次の画面で「Username or email」の項目に「●●●」を入力して、「RESET PASSWORD」をクリックしても、パスワード再設定の画面に切り替わりません。

パスワードを再設定して、ログインできる状態にしたいのですが、
どうすればよろしいのでしょうか？

Hello.
I cannot login when I use usual mail address and password. Below error message is appeared.

When I crick「Lost your password?」, and next screen in「Username or email」、enter「●●●」and crick「RESET PASSWORD」, but screen is not changed to password rest screen.

I want to rest password and change to the condition to login. How can I do?
