お世話になります。

いつもログインする際のメールアドレスとパスワードを入力してもログインができない状況です。
下記文言のエラー表示が出ます。

「Lost your password?」をクリックして、次の画面で「Username or email」の項目に「●●●」を入力して、「RESET PASSWORD」をクリックしても、パスワード再設定の画面に切り替わりません。

パスワードを再設定して、ログインできる状態にしたいのですが、
どうすればよろしいのでしょうか？

The error message is displayed as below.

Even though I click “Lost your password?” enter”●●●” to “Username or email “on the next screen and click “RESET PASSWORD”, the screen doesn’t change to the password reset screen.
