お世話になります。

いつもログインする際のメールアドレスとパスワードを入力してもログインができない状況です。
下記文言のエラー表示が出ます。

「Lost your password?」をクリックして、次の画面で「Username or email」の項目に「●●●」を入力して、「RESET PASSWORD」をクリックしても、パスワード再設定の画面に切り替わりません。

パスワードを再設定して、ログインできる状態にしたいのですが、
どうすればよろしいのでしょうか？

I haven't been able to log in, even if I enter the email address and password when I always log in.

Even if I click「Lost your password?」, and in the next screen, I enter「●●●」in the item「Username or email」,and I click 「RESET PASSWORD」, the screen doesn't change into the screen of password resetting.

What should I do to reset the password and be able to log in?
