私はお客様をお待たせしてしまい、また新たな追跡番号を提供できなかったことにつき深くお詫び申し上げます。今回-の評価を頂いてしまいましたが、販売者としてお客様にご不満と不安を抱かせてしまったことを深く反省しております。原因は、製造元が予定より早く出荷出来ることになり即DHL発送したため、連絡が間に合わなかった為です。誠に恐れ入りますが、今後の販売のためにも-の評価を変更頂けないでしょうか。今回のお詫びとして当店販売商品の10％値引も今後1回の取引に限り提供させて頂きます。

The cause was the manufacturer was able to ship earlier than scheduled and sent via DHL therefore my message didn't make it on time. I am truly sorry but can't you change -'s review for the sake of future sales as well?
