２．ユーザとの直接契約について
・ＮＥＣの販売戦略として、料金の回収やサービスの保守等をユーザと直接交渉はしないことにして
いる。VendorやBankを通してのみこのサービスを提供することにしており、ユーザとの直接
契約はしない。
・このため、ＮＥＣは、Ａ社と直接契約は出来ない。
・現在のＮＥＣ経由の最終ユーザはＢ社だけだが、今後、Ａ社等のポテンシャルなユーザも沢山
いる。
・今回の問題を解決して、今後ともＳＡＰとの契約は維持していきたい。

2. Direct contract with user

For this reason, NEC cannot make a contract with A directly.
B is the only end user via NEC, but there are many potential users such as A in the future.
