お返事ありがとうございます。郵便番号○○というのは、海外転送会社の専用の郵便番号になります。そのためフロリダセールス税は免除されるはずです。私はよくAmazonやwalmart、shopdisneyで商品を購入します。配送先がフロリダであっても、郵便番号が○○の場合はいずれのお店もフロリダセールス税は免除されています。もしよろしければ、1度Amazonに確認をしてみていただけますでしょうか。お返事お待ちしています。

Thank you for your reply. Zip code XXX is the address of an overseas forwarding company. Therefore, sales tax in Florida should be exempt from charges. I often make purchases at Amazon, Walmart and Shopdisney. Even though the shipping address is within Florida, Florida sales tax has been exempt. Would you ask Amazon to make it clear?
