○Bundle引き抜き条件について
過去に外形φ580×1354LのハウジングでBundleの引き抜きを行ったことがあります。
運転条件は300℃で60時間熱処理を行っています。
ただし、このときは内部の樹脂をほとんど落としているようなので、バンドルを抜くだけの場合は、この条件までは不要になると思います。
実際の条件については貴社で試してもらう必要があります。

○何度でBundleをAから取り出すか。
250度でBundleの取り出しが可能ですが、何度で取り出すかは決まっていません。

Condition of drawing of bundle
We have carried out drawing of bundle by using housing of φ580×1354L.
The condition of operating is 300 C degrees, and heat processing is conducted for 60 hours.
However, as almost all the resin in it has been removed in this stage, this condition will not be necessary if we only have to pull out the bundle.

At what temperature do we pull out bundle from A?
We can pull out the bundle at 250 degrees, but at which temperature we pull out has not been decided.
