図面の訂正をしましたので、再確認をお願い致します。
内容に問題が無ければ、再度サインバックして送付をお願い致します。

材料手配は進めていますので、全体の進行に遅れは出ない見込みです。

〇〇と☓☓は同じ意味と理解していましたが、何が違うのでしょうか？

I thought 00 and XX have the same meaning. What is the difference?
