日本東北地方、心温まる食の旅

日本人は料理の時の食材にかなりうるさい。一言でいうと、必ず新鮮でなくてはならない。毎年冬になると、カキが最も大きくなり、おいしくなる。カキ好きの日本人ならきっと多くの友人を誘い、海辺にある「カキ小屋」に行って、口いっぱいに頬張りうまそうに食べるに違いない。
