■納期
最初にＰＪスケジュール表を作成する。
・スケジュールよりＸ日以上生産遅延した場合は違約金が発生。
・スケジュールよりＸ日以上生産遅延した場合は契約無効とし、支払い済みの費用を返金する。
・但し弊社との合意があれば上記違約金の支払い、又は契約解除、返金の回避は可能。

•If you dely X days to the schedule for producing, we would charge you an extra payment.
•if you dely X days to the schedule for producing,
we would vitiate our contract and we require you to payback the costs which we have payed.
•However, if you would agree our company, you would be able to avoid to vitiation of the contract and payback.
