ＮＥＣから私に、今回の銀行法の改正によりＩＢＭとして何か対応が必要か、という質問がありました。
ＮＥＣは、今後ともＩＢＭのＥＲＰを続けることに、何か問題が生じないか心配しての質問です。
また、銀行法改正の話が、最近、日本の新聞等で盛んに報道ています。これは、銀行法改正の具体的な運用を定める施行令が、近い内に出されるためだと思われます。
先に、山田さんが指摘したように、施行令の内容によっては、最悪の場合、ＩＢＭがこのままの状態では、日本でのビジネスが継続できなくなる危険性もあります。
