製品がまだ日本に戻って来ないので状況が不明ですが、USPSの追跡情報で調べたところ、２月２５日にMPSAに製品が引き渡された所まで追跡が出来ましたが、その後は不明となっております。
お手数ですが最寄りのMPSAもしくはUSPSにお電話いただき、追跡番号****が届かないとお伝えいただいてもよろしいでしょうか？
もしそれで見つからない場合、再送しても同じ結果になる可能性が高いので返金処理をさせていただきます。改めて購入して別のお届け先をご指定ください。

I am not sure yet since the item has not been returned to Japan. But I checked by tracking information of USPS, and tracked to the point that the item was delivered to MPSA on February 25th. After that, I cannot track it.
I hate to ask you, but would you call the nearest MPSA or USPS, and tell that you have not received the item with tracking number?
If you still cannot find it after that, I will refund you since the same situation might highly happen again.

Please purchase it again and designate a different address.
