Extremely Rare! Gold Plated Walt Disney The First Euro of Uncle Scrooge School Sample Coin,

This is the extremely rare sample version of the "Uncle Scrooge" euro coin presented Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2001. The Disney character-inspired coin has been distributed in schools to promote European Union's single currency awareness, as the euro's official introduction in 2002 approaches. This sample version never made it to mass production because they changed the front and backside of the coin later on for the mass produced coin, what makes this coin very rare!

これは、2001年2月27日火曜日に発表された「Uncle Scrooge」ユーロ硬貨のサンプル版です。2002年のユーロの公式な紹介として、欧州連合（EU）の単一通貨認識を促進するために、ディズニーキャラクターにインスパイアされたコインが学校に配られました。 このサンプル版は、大量生産されたコインの後にコインの表裏を変更した事によって、このコインはとても珍しい物となりました。

コインの状態は良好で、カプセルとコインバッグに入っています。

概ね正確な訳ですが、細かい点で修正が必要です。
as the euro's official introduction in 2002 approachesを「2002年のユーロの公式な紹介として」と訳されましたが、introductionは紹介ではなく、この場合導入です。（ユーロが現金通貨として使われるようになったのは2002年からです。）またapproachesも訳から抜けています。「～の導入（時期）が近づいた際に」という意味です。
また、出だしですが、「Uncle Scrooge School」サンプルコインというように、初めの3語すべてを固有名詞として訳されていますが、のちのコインの説明と合わせて考えると、Schoolはコインの名前としてではなく、「学校用」と訳したほうがよいでしょう。
