私はクレームについて確認をしたい。この取引は商品発送後追跡番号を登録したが、何等かの手違いで日本郵便で登録が正しく反映されず、発送した商品が破損を理由に返送されたケースです。私はこの商品と同じ物を再度発送し番号をBへ登録しましたが、未だ登録が反映されません。この件につきお客様から質問を受け、私はうっかり返信をしたものと勘違いしC裁定となってしまいました。再発送した商品は現在輸送中です。この場合私のC裁定はどのような結果になると予想されますか?解決のため私は今何が出来ますか?
I would like to check about the claim. Although we registered the tracking number after shipping the product, somewhat, at the Japan Post the registering was not working and the product shipped was sent back on the ground it was broken, this is such a case. Although we shipped the product again with the number registered to B, however, it has not been reflected. As we were inquired by the customer, but we mis-undertook we had responded to this inquiry and it caused C arbitrate. The product shipped again is on shipping now. In this case, what my C arbitrate will be? What can I do to resolve it?
