日程を1日間違えて連絡していたようです。
（日にちが1日ずつずれています。）

〇〇さんは3月13日のPMに別件があるため、朝の便で帰国します。
私は16:00の便で日本へ帰る予定です。

今回のメインテーマはA社との打合せ（技術移転）だと考えていたので、
あまり日程に余裕がなかったのですが、〇〇さんの日程を調整し、今回の
出張の予定を立てました。

B社との打合せは次回の出張の時にアレンジをお願いしたく存じます。

I will go back to Japan taking 16:00 flight.

As I was thinking that the main theme for this time will be to discuss with company A (technology transfer), I planned the business trip this time adjusting Mr. 〇〇's schedule even though we did not have much time.

I would like to ask you to arrange a meeting with company B during my next business trip.
I will have a chance to take the business trip next month so please let me discuss the dates.
