発送は日本郵便のEMS（イギリス国内に入ったらPacel forceが業務を引き継ぎます)で出荷させて頂きます。
お客様にお願いをするのは大変心苦しいのですが、ヨーロッパは商品の保管期限切れでの返送が良くあります。これは各国の郵便局が不在票を投函したふりをして、実際には配達に行っていないケース等が考えられます。
発送完了をしましたら、メールで追跡番号をご連絡しますので、届かない場合はその追跡番号を最寄りのPacel forceにお電話いただき、配達状況をご確認ください。

I hate to ask you, but an item is returned often in Europe since storing period expires.
The reason we can think for this is that post office in each country pretends to put a notice of delivery in the house of a person who receives an item, but actually does not deliver it.
After sending it, we will let you know the tracking number by email. If you do not receive it, please call the nearest Parcel force about the tracking number and check the delivery status.
