商品が、税関検査となり税関より以下の書類の提出を
求められておりますので、ご用意頂けますでしょうか。

1.書類の原本
メールにてお送り頂きました書類を電子書類として税関に提出いたしましたが
税関より紙の原本を提出するように求められております。
サインが直筆でないためのようです。
以前はコピーで良かったのですが、検査が厳しくなっています。

UPSの税関担当者へ直接郵送してください。

2.全ての商品の成分表のPDF
成分表に関しては、コピーでもかまいません。
これは弊社へメールで送ってください。

Your items are subject to the customs inspection. The customs require to apply the documents below. Please prepare.

1. Original document
We applied the attached documents sent by email to the customrs though,
we are required to apply the original ones.
This is because they need the autograph signature.
The copied documents were used to be OK, but recently it is getting strictly.

Please dispatch the original ones directly to the person in charge of customs clearance in UPS.

2. List of ingredients for all items in PDF file
Regarding the ingredients list, the copy is available too.
