商品が、税関検査となり税関より以下の書類の提出を
求められておりますので、ご用意頂けますでしょうか。
1.書類の原本
メールにてお送り頂きました書類を電子書類として税関に提出いたしましたが
税関より紙の原本を提出するように求められております。
サインが直筆でないためのようです。
以前はコピーで良かったのですが、検査が厳しくなっています。
UPSの税関担当者へ直接郵送してください。
2.全ての商品の成分表のPDF
成分表に関しては、コピーでもかまいません。
これは弊社へメールで送ってください。
