I would like to set an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Kuji as a new patient. I have a referral letter from Dr. Miyazaki of Miyazaki Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic. I am aware that Dr. Kuji is only available on Thursdays and that is fine. I am currently 11 weeks pregnant, and am due August 13.

Additional info: Want to set up a consultation as a new patient at an obstetric's clinic. I have a referral from a fertility Dr. that I had been seeing through the start of pregnancy up until now.
