私は以前あなたからこの商品を購入しました。
それは日本に住む私の友人へのプレゼントでした。
クリスマスには少し遅れたが、日本の友人に届きました。
しかし、箱を開けて　ライトセーバーのスイッチを入れると発光するが、直ぐにきえてしまい使い物になりません。私の友人はとても悲しがっています。どうしたらよいか？交換するにしても日本からUSAに送り返すには高額な費用がかかります。できれば全額返金してほしい。
