DHL社の過失により、弊社は納品遅延による売上機会の大幅損失が現在まで継続して発生しています。
もしDHL社で上記条件が受入不可(すなわち再納品送料はshipper負担)という回答の場合、
弊社は以下の対応を実施します。
1.今後一切DHL社を利用しない。
2.今回のDHL社の対応内容および回答内容をインターネットで全て公開し、ユーザーへの注意喚起を実施。
2日以内に回答がない場合は、別会社に配送を依頼の上、上記1と2を実施します。
Because of the DHL's faults, our company is having a huge loss of sales opportunities due to the delays of delivery.
If DHL doesn't accpet the condition we ask (aka, the re-delivery fee is paid by the shipper) , we'll respond to it as below.
1.We will not use DHL in the future.
2.We will open this issue with all DHL responses & messages related to the case through the internet to ask the DHL users to be aware of such a situation.
If we won't have any response from DHL within two days, we'll use other shipping company also carry out the item 1 & 2 above.
