昨日の送金に関して、ご迷惑をおかけしまして申し訳ございませんでした。
契約書では会社名で振込とありましたが、会社代表者名で振込をしました。
現金で送金した為、代表者の名前で振込をと、日本郵便局から指示されました。
以後は必ず会社名で振込をします。
ご請求された書類の件です。
会社の登記簿から、会社と代表者の繋がりは分かりますが、日本の書類なので、英訳した書類にサインと捺印をして送付という事でよろしいでしょうか?

I apologize for causing you an inconvenience regarding money transfer yesterday.
On the contract, payment was to be made under company name but the payment was made under the name of company representative. As it was sent by cash, Japan Post instructed to pay under representative's name.
In the future payment will be surely made under company name.
This is regarding the document you asked for.
Company registration shows the relation between the company and representative, but as the document is in Japanese may I sign and put stamp on the document translated into English and send it to you?
