Aの出荷準備を進めておりますので、DHLのアカウント№と送り先を連絡下さい。12/11には出荷できるように段取りをしております。
また、Bのお見積書をお送り致します。まだBの図面は完成しておりませんので、弊社設計から出図され次第お送り致します。Bについては、まだ概算見積なのでまだ価格が下る余地があるかと思います。

サンプルを送ってもらうかどうかは、まず弊社で設計が可能かを確認してから決めさせて下さい。
次回はCに関係した部署の方と面談したいのですが、アポイントをお願いできますか？

As I am preparing shipment of A, please let me know account number of DHL and address to which it is sent. I am preparing to be able to send on December 11th.
I will send an estimate of B. As drawing of A has not been completed, I will send it to you as soon as it is completed in design section of our company. Regarding B, as it is still a rough estimate, we can reduce the price.

May we decide if you send a sample to us after checking if our company can design or not?
We would like to see a person in the department in regard with C next time.
