お世話になります。
本日届きました。
電源が入りません。
ヒューズを確認しましたところ切れてました。
写真確認ください。
新しいヒューズで再度試しましたがまた切れました。
このアンプは故障してます。
配送中の事故ではないと思います
外箱の破損などありませんでしたから
確認されましたか？
修理に出さないと使用できません。
修理屋に聞きましたら最低修理代300$はかかるとのことです。
動作は問題なしと記載されてたので購入しました
大変残念ですし非常に困っております。
300$ご返金いただけませんでしょうか？

Today I received it.
It cannot be turned on. I found that the fuse was cut out.
Please check it by the attached image.
Although I tried with new fuse but it was burned out again.
I assume that this amplifier was damaged and it's not caused by the delivery accident because the box was not damaged. Did you confirm it before delivering?

I cannot use this amplifier without repairing. I've confirmed with a repair shop and they estimated that it cost at least $300. I bought this product because your introduction said "no problem with operation". Truly disappointed and in trouble.

Could you please refund $300?
