宮﨑駿はこれまで何度か引退宣言しましたが、
その度に撤回しパワフルな作品を発表し続けてきました。
しかし、今回の引退撤回は今までのそれとは事情が違っており、
私は一抹の懸念をいだいています。

宮﨑駿がアニメを作ると言えばお金はすぐに集まります。しかし、人材は別です。
スタジオジブリは今年から新たなスタッフを募集していますが、
人材を育成しながら高品質な作品を制作するのは至難の業です。

Although Haha I Miyazaki had announce his retirement for several times so far,he withdrew his retirement each time and continued to publish powerful works.
However, the retirement announcement he ade this time is different from the previous ones.
That gave me a serious concern.

It's usually heard that money gathers quickly whenever Hayao Miyazaki makes anime. However, the workforce in the studio is different.
Studio Ghibli has been recruiting new staff from early of this year,but it is very difficult to produce high quality work while training new staffs.
