シャッタースピードは低速の1/1秒に若干遅れが出ているようです。バルブは使えます。シールは劣化していますがフィルムがないので光漏れの有無までは確認が取れません。
ご検討おねがいします。

Thank you for your inquiry.
The shatter speed at 1/1 sec of low speed, it seems little slow. The bulb is usable. The seal is degraded however I can't confirm if there's a light leakage or not without having a film.
