下4桁○○○○のクレジットカードで決済できなかったと連絡がありました。これはカードの利用可能枠が不足していたため決済ができませんでした。今日私はカード会社に連絡をして、利用可能枠をあけてもらいました。そのため現在は決済が可能な状態です。私はログインをして"Outstanding Balances"のページより再決済をしようと試みました。しかし"△△"と表示され、決済ができません。どのように手続きをすればいいですか？お返事お待ちしています。

I heard from the bank saying that the 4 digit 0000 credit card was not accepted for settlement.
Because the limited amount of credit card usage is not sufficient. So i called to the bank today to increase the usage limit. Now its possible to pay for it. So I logged in and tried to pay on the OUtstanding Balances page.
But there were 🔺🔺 sign on it. i couldn't make payment. would you let me know how to proceed ?
