お世話になります。
先日アンプが届きまして動作確認をしました。
電源を入れますと左chより、バリバリ、ゴソゴソと異音が出ております。
商品説明には片側のchを修理したと記載してますがなおっておりません。
ヘッドフォンを使用した際もはっきりと左chより異音が確認できます。
このまま使用することはできませんので修理を実施したいと考えております。
修理代の一部として200$ご返金いただくことは可能でしょうか？
ご連絡をお待ちしております。

TAPEより再生しますと片側のchより音が出ておりません。

I receive amplifier a few days ago and checked how it works.
When I turn on power at left channel, I hear the strange sound.
The explanation of the item says that channel at one side was repaired, but it has not been repaired. When I use the headphone, I also can check the strange sound at left channel clearly.
As I cannot use it under the current condition, I want to repair it.
Would you refund me 200 dollars a part of the repair fee?
I am looking for ward to hearing from you.

When I reproduce it from the tape, I do not hear sound from the channel at one side.
