Kindly note I advised that you did not provide a pre-paid label and no Call Tag arrived for the bike. You asked why it was not yet returned and I noted the reasons and replied asking if you wanted me to return this to the sender listed on the packaging and you responded positively. It was shipped to Pacific Cycle yesterday.

The label was only sent this morning. I cannot add this to the shipment as it was already shipped as noted yesterday afternoon .

I have to have the shipment rerouted (note I have waived the fee as a one-time courtesy).

notedは、「理由を知っていました」より「理由を書き留めた」の方が自然かと思います。
