今回は、不具合があって残念だったけど、サポートセンターの保険が使えるので、保険で直してもらえるので申請するために連絡しました。

今回は、無料で直してもらえたので保険は使いません。悲しい気持ちにさせてしまって、ごめんなさい。

次回ですが、４日の水曜日はどうでしょうか？
