二つ目は、オレゴン州にある当店の事業拠点に時計をお送りいただき、時刻等を合わせた時計をお客様にご返送する方法です。これは数週間の時間を要します。ご希望の方法をご回答くださいますようお願いします。

Another proposal is that you send it to our branch in Oregon to replace it with the adjusted watch by return. It takes a few weeks.
