まだイタリアから連絡はなく、商品も戻ってきていません。
追跡番号で調べてみましたが、イタリアで保管中になっています。
イタリアの郵便局サイトで調べたところ、商品は日本へ返送予定になっていると思われます。
ただ、私はイタリア語がわかりませんので詳しい状況は不明です。

I have neither heard anything from Italy, nor received the product.
As I checked the delivery status using the tracking number, the product is kept in Italy.
When I checked it out on the Italian post office website, the product is supposed to send to Japan.
