まだイタリアから連絡はなく、商品も戻ってきていません。
追跡番号で調べてみましたが、イタリアで保管中になっています。
イタリアの郵便局サイトで調べたところ、商品は日本へ返送予定になっていると思われます。
ただ、私はイタリア語がわかりませんので詳しい状況は不明です。

My apology for the blatant reply.
There has not been communication from Italy, nor the return of the product.
Upon checking the tracking number, the product appears to be held in Italy.
I also checked the Italian postal office internet webpage, it appears that the product is due to send back to Japan.
I also should add that I do not understand Italian language and the details are uncertain.
If possible, could you please enter the tracking number from the below link and check it for yourself?
