欠品の商品は、こちらの方で処理をします。その代わりに100個　発注するので卸価格で販売させて頂きませんか。他の問屋は弊社よりも安く購入ができて、条件が合わなければ他の問屋に発注します。この金額が記載されている部分だけでいいので、請求書を見せて下さい。経費を処置するのに、経理の方で必要です。金額に関して、お客さんが納得をしていなくて、まだ、発注をもらっていせん。なぜ、輸送費を払っているのに、また別の費用を請求するのか。別の発注をもらうので、この費用は請求しないで下さい。

We will deal with defective items and it is possible for us to sell the product as a wholesale price if we order 100 of it? If it is not the acceptable condition for you, I will make an order at another wholesaler since we are able to order it at the lower price. Please show us the part of invoice where the price we suggested is on. Accounting department at our company needs it in order to process the expense. We haven't received an order from our customer as they don't agree with the prices. Why do you demand another payment though they already payed the shipment. We will receive another order so please do not ask them to pay the price for that order.
