人形を確認してみると、左足の膝から折れていました。
破損部分を確認すると、折れた部分を接着剤で補修したものだと一目で分かる状態でした。
画像を添付しますので確認してください。
商品説明の「good condition.」でありませんので、＄20の返金をして下さい。

Hello.
I am currently living in Japan.
The item (doll) that you send arrived at my forwarding company at America.
I checked the doll and found out that the left leg of the doll is broken.
When I check the damaged part, I can tell by looking it was just repaired with a glue.
I send you a email with a photo so please check it.
I would like a refund since it is not "good condition" as written in the item description.
